1) Acquiring additional businesses.

We enter new geographic markets by aquiring additional companies with sattelite branches, which are typically close geographically to the companies. Administrative functions at these companies are integrated into our corporate functions allowing local management teams to focus on our philosophy of offering full service solutions to our clients. Since our founding in 1988, we have aquired businesses in our present market operating under the Suwannee Medical Personnel brand. Our future plan of aquisitions are to have the companies aquired operate under existing brand names with their pre-aquisition management teams, preserving existing customer and employee realtionships. We believe that this model will facilitate our success as leaders in the medical staffing arena.

 

2) Internal Expansion.

Analysis and research of new markets, strategic planning and new market penetration where we have existing national contracts presently utilizing our full service package.

 

3) Working with Vendor Management Services.

VMS is popular among multiple clients because it is designed to decrease staffing costs, reduce the time spent on job postings and managing their supplemental staffing needs, and consolidate communications with their supplemental staffing vendors.  Suwannee Medical Personnel utilizes a centralized web based tool for managing their supplemental staffing needs.  As these VMS companies add their own staffing software we find our software; Clearview TSS is superior in the important aspects of ease of use with minimal training, as well as staffing reports.  Further Clearview TSS has a VMS that has the same advantages and much less costs to all involved.  This lower cost helps agency vendors keep their pay high enough to attract the best candidates to your facility.  If there is interest in this software please contact us.  We will set up an online demonstration for you!

 

4) Introduce Client Access Services to accounts not utilizing Vendor Management Services. 

As an added value for our customers; our staffing program allows healthcare facilities to manage their schedules with our temps for free.  This includes viewing schedule calendars, schedule changes, temp credentials, reports & more adding a convenience to another reason for choosing Suwannee Medical over our competitors. 

 

5) Agressively marketing full service package in existing markets.

Suwannee Medical Personnel offers PRN or Per Diem, Temp to Perm that fits your needs, flexible Local Long Term contracts, Travelers and Permanent Placement of the highest quality Nurses, and nursing assistants.  Administrative Staff, Allied Professionals, Clerical and Ancillary Staff are an added service we have had success with.  In ceratin markets we also offer our Suwannee @ Home - Home Health Division.
